Terps Not Panicking, Seeking Progress Against Veteran Villanova Squad

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — After losing both games in the Asheville tournament to fall to 1-2, the grumbles have begun to surface around the Maryland men’s basketball program. The Terps’ offense turned back the clock two years to the Mark Turgeon era, turnovers and sloppy play abound, and no one could hit a shot beyond 15 feet. But the 2023-24 campaign is still only three games old, and headman Kevin Willard and his team have remained relatively calm after falling to Davidson and UAB.
