Like Davidson, the University of Alabama-Birmingham is not a program to underestimate. The Blazers are a perennial NCAA tournament contender, last making it two years ago, and is coming off a season where they finished 29-10; knocked off three high-majors; beat eventual American Athletic Conference champion Florida Atlantic; and finished as the runner-up in the NIT.
