Taking a look at Maryland’s 13-10 win against Nebraska Nov. 11:

Terps’ Run Defense Steps Up

It was questionable whether or not Maryland would be able to stymie Nebraska’s No. 1 ranked ground game considering all the issues the Terps had had against the run, but they stepped up Nov. 11. Aside from a couple carries, Maryland’s “D” swarmed to the ball, attacked the gaps, fended off blocks, tackled well and came up with numerous big stops.
