Maryland Has Regressed As A Program

All Maryland fans had heard prior to the 2022-23 season was how the Terps were ready to compete for a Big Ten championship in Year Five under Mike Locksley. The so-called “standard” had supposedly been raised and more was expected out of this year’s team from a mental and physical standpoint compared to the early Locksley years.
