Terps Renew Rivalry Against Virginia; Focused On Fast Start, Limiting Mistakes

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — It’s been a decade since the last time Maryland and Virginia squared off, but fact remains the Terps have taken on the Wahoos more than any other foe in UMD history. That annual rivalry game, which dates back to 1919, resumes Sept. 15 in College Park for the first of a home-and-home series between the border schools.
