RECRUITING: The Virginia Beach, Va., native Brandon Gaddy, and his twin Breyon, were a stated package deal from the outset of their recruitments in the 2017 class. The former Gaddy, though, was the less-sought-after of the two (mid-level three-star), which somewhat limited the brothers’ options.
