RB Williams Opts For The Hometown School

Maryland added its third class of 2024 commitment in as many days July 2 in St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) running back DeJuan Williams. The 5-foot-10.5, 195-pound four-star becomes the highest-rated pledge in UMD’s 15-member class and its first true running back recruit. Williams did reportedly tear his ACL in the spring and will miss his senior season of high school, but the Terps chose to accept the local runner’s commitment regardless.
