Michael Hershey (Spring Grove, Pa.) excels on the wrestling mat and was a state finalist in Pennsylvania his junior year. The 6-foot-4.5, 270-pounder’s ability to use leverage and technique to regularly out-point his opponent translated well to the football field as well, where he eventually entered onto Division I radars.

“Wrestling helped me get to where I am in football,” Hershey said. “It really helps with your explosiveness, pad level and quick twitch.
