RECRUITING: A two-star recruit out of General McLane (Edinboro, Pa.) in the 2014 class, Kulka mainly had offers from some nearby Midwest programs such as Akron, Buffalo, Kent State and Bucknell. But then he attended a camp in College Park, Md., in June of 2013 and earned a Terps’ offer from former coach Randy Edsall. He committed on the spot.
