RECRUITING: A low three-star in the 2017 class, Rogers had one of the more “interesting” recruitments. The Roosevelt (Greenbelt, Md.) product only secured firm power-five offers from Maryland and Wake Forest, but he dragged his college decision out until December of 2017.
