Local WR Powell-Wonson Commits To Terps

Maryland football finally landed a local recruit in the 2024 class with Baltimore receiver Jahmari Powell-Wonson (City/Baltimore, Md.) jumping on the Terps’ bandwagon. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound three-star had been trending towards UMD since an offer was extended last year, and May 4 he announced his commitment to the hometown school.

“It’s no place like home. I couldn’t choose a better school,” Powell-Wonson said.
