Scott Elects To Return To College Park

Maryland returned another key piece off its 2022-23 roster April 10 with fifth-year senior forward Donta Scott electing to come back to College Park, Md., for a final go-around. The 6-foot-8, 230-pound Scott had one more year of eligibility due to COVID-19 and elected to play another season at UMD rather than turn pro or test the transfer portal.

The Philadelphia native’s return keeps the Terps’ starting frontcourt of Scott and Julian Reese in-tact.
