Skinn Leaves Maryland For Alma Mater George Mason

George Mason named Maryland assistant Tony Skinn as the 12th head coach in the men's basketball program's history. The GMU alum spent one season in College Park, Md., and was mostly known for his recruiting prowess. He helped bring in four-star in-coming freshman DeShawn Harris-Smith as well as local guard Jahnathan Lamothe. 

Skinn was a key starter on the 2006 George Mason Final Four team and one of the best all-around guards in program history.
