Taking a look at Maryland’s 67-65 victory against West Virginia March 16:

Donta Scott Steps Up

Talk about a clutch performance from Maryland’s most mercurial player. The senior Scott, oft criticized for one-on-one play and curious decisions offensively, stepped up when it counted. He was the best player on the floor March 16 (other than WVU’s Kedrian Johnson, who scored 27 points) and turned in a Terps’ high plus-7 plus/minus rating.
