RECRUITING: The low three-star from Alpharetta, Ga., in the 2017 class, Carriere earned his very first offer from Maryland in March of 2016. Then-area recruiter and offensive coordinator Walt Bell identified the lengthy wideout and left an impression on him right away. A few other power-five schools were intrigued by Carriere, but none pulled through with offers.
