Terps Pleased With Incremental Steps, Looking To Take Another Stride Against Michigan

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland lost for the third time in four games and dropped to 2-4 in the Big Ten following an 81-67 loss at Iowa Jan. 15, but Coach Kevin Willard was mostly positive following the defeat. Willard pointed out how only two league teams have above-.500 records on the road, so it behooves him to maintain perspective following three straight road losses against Michigan, Rutgers and now the Hawkeyes.
