COLLEGE PARK, Md. — At this point, the Terps’ victories against Illinois, Saint Louis and Miami seem like a season ago. After an 8-0 start and victories over ranked teams that vaulted the team into the Top 25 rankings, Maryland (10-5, 1-3 Big Ten) has withered considerably in Coach Kevin Willard’s first season.
