JACK Shockley Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland JACK Zion Shockley announced he would be entering the transfer portal Nov. 29. The 6-foot-3, 250-pound redshirt freshman was unable to ascend the depth chart during his second year in College Park, Md., and did not record any statistics. 

Shockley appeared in three games as a freshman in 2021, tallying one tackle against Virginia Tech. 

The Berlin, Md., native Shockley was a 2021 three-star recruit who committed to Maryland on Feb. 1, 2020, out of St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.
