COLLEGE PARK, Md. — There were plenty of positive takeaways from the Terps’ 71-51 victory against Western Carolina Nov. 10, but none more encouraging than sophomore Julian Reese’s emergence. Maryland’s (2-0) lone true big man in the starting lineup got off to a rather inauspicious start in Game 1, and then established himself inside in Game 2 by going for a career-high 19 points and 12 rebounds.
