BEL AIR, Md. — Terrapin Times was on hand at John Carroll (Bel Air, Md.) to scout Pallotti (Laurel, Md.) safety and Maryland commit Alex Moore. Here is our take on his game:

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Moore is a long, lean prospect who plays receiver and occasionally safety for Pallotti. He has decent-length arms and wingspan and has a frame that could take on weight.
