Local WR Talks Up Terps Trip

The Terps lost a receiver pledge in Nasir Addison, but they could be back up to a half dozen 2023 wideout commits in short order. Churchill (Potomac, Md.) receiver Ezekiel Avit, who holds an official, committable offer, returned to College Park, Md., for the recruit barbecue July 30 and said a commitment could be imminent.

“Maryland looks like it could be a really good fit for me,” said Avit, a basketball player who stands 6-feet-3, 175-pounds.
