Huerter played 33 minutes in a 97-94 loss to Miami in Game 5 of the first round of the NBA playoffs, which eliminated the Hawks from the postseason. He scored 12 points on 5 of 9 shooting and 2 of 5 from 3. Huerter also had a rebound, three assists, a block, two steals and three turnovers.

Huerter scored 46 points in five postseason games, shooting at a 36.
