Maryland Hoops Adds First Director Of Recruiting Operations

In addition to hiring three assistant coaches, Maryland basketball coach Kevin Willard added a director of recruiting operations in Aberdeen, Md., native Tevon Saddler. The 27-year-old Saddler spent last season as an assistant at McNeese State, which went 11-22 and finished seventh in the Southland conference. Before that, Saddler was a director of basketball operations at his alma mater, Nicholls State, for two years. Saddler also spent one season as a graduate assistant at South Alabama.
