COLLEGE PARK, Md. — There is one game remaining in the regular season, and Maryland (15-15, 7-12 Big Ten) is currently in 10th place and positioned for a first-round bye in the upcoming Big Ten tournament. The Terps have the same record as Penn State, but UMD owns the tiebreaker since it beat PSU head-to-head. Penn State has Rutgers in Piscataway, N.J., coming up, and Maryland travels to East Lansing, Mich., for a bout against Michigan State March 6.
