2019-20 YEAR/ELIGIBILITY: Senior, fourth year 

RECRUITING: One of the least-heralded recruits Maryland has taken the last few years, Brooks was barely a two-star out of DuVal (Lanham, Md.). He played both quarterback and strong safety, but suffered a gruesome hamstring injury halfway through his senior year, which caused multiple programs to back off of him.
