After Momentum-Changing Win, Terps Ready For Rutgers At Home

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — It was supposed to be a done deal with 30 seconds left in regulation and Maryland up on Northwestern by six points following a Hakim Hart layup. But this is UMD 2021-22, and nothing is for certain.

After the Hart lay-in, Northwestern’s Pete Nance stepped out and drained a triple to make it a one-possession game, Beran Robbie sunk a pair of free throws following a stop, and then Nance nailed the game-tying foul shot.
