RECRUITING: Boone, a mid-level three-star out of Roosevelt (Greenbelt, Md.) in the 2018 class, was practically Maryland-bound after the Terps anted up his junior year. The Terps had already landed his former teammate, Lawtez Rogers, the class before, and had the inside track on Boone from the jump.
