RECRUITING: Jarrell was a low three-star recruit out of Timber Creek in Orlando, Fla. Although a bit tall for a slot receiver, he lined up at the position in high school, catching passes and taking pitches on jet sweeps. Jarrell attracted offers from the likes of Maryland, Duke, Va Tech, South Carolina, NC State, Louisville, Iowa State, Indiana, Syracuse, Va Tech, Wake and others.
