RECRUITING: The Haverford (Havertown, Pa.) class of 2018 product Mosley was a low three-star outside linebacker coming out of high school. Maryland, Minnesota and Rutgers were his power-five looks, plus UMass; UConn; and the service academies. Mosley considered each of his options, but he had the closest connection with former UMD assistant Anthony Tucker. Mosley visited College Park, Md.
