OT Roye Flips To Terps

The flip many saw coming did indeed come to fruition. On Dec. 15, the first day of the early signing period, St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) offensive tackle Andre Roye reneged on his commitment to the Nittany Lions in favor of the hometown Terps.

Roye committed to PSU over UMD back on Sept. 23, but even at the time it was a highly questionable decision.
