Maryland Just Isn’t A Disciplined Team

The Terps are aware of the issues, and have been since Mike Locksley assumed control of the program in 2019. The problems have been drilled into the players day after day, week after week and game after game. Does’t seem to matter. Maryland had eight penalties for 79 yards Oct. 23, to go along with a fumble for the game’s only turnover.
