Live Scouting Report: Daniel Owens

BALTIMORE, Md. – Terrapin Times was on hand at Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, Md.) to scout Calvert Hall (Towson, Md.) defensive end Daniel Owens, who recently committed to Maryland. Here is our take on the 6-foot-2, 245-pounder:

Owens plays weak-side end and defensive tackle for Calvert Hall and has a rather sinewy, lean frame. He does have a stout base and the build to take on bulk, which he’ll need to hang in the Big Ten.
