RECRUITING: Despite putting up huge numbers at Shady Side (Pittsburgh, Pa.), Tomlin – the son of Steelers’ coach Mike Tomlin -- wasn’t a heavily-recruited prospect in the 2019 class. He picked up mainly lower Division I offers, and a couple power-fives from hometown Pitt and Iowa State, but the latter programs didn’t press.
