RECRUITING: The 2017 recruit Jones was another highly touted four-star that Maryland was able to land thanks to a bit of luck. The Terps were positioned well for the local Oxon Hill, Md., native anyway, but when Jones fractured his leg and missed his senior season at Potomac (Oxon Hill, Md.), it pretty much ended the pursuit of some of his larger suitors attempting to pry him away from Maryland.
