RECRUITING: The dual-threat 2018 recruit DeSue was a three-star coming out of Bishop Sullivan in Virginia Beach, Va. He eventually procured offers from UMD, Indiana, UCF, NC State, UVA and WVU, although only the Terps and Knights pressed. Former Maryland offensive coordinator Walt Bell anted up for Desue after the coach missed on several of his foremost signal-caller targets.
