RECRUITING: The three-star class of 2018 recruit out of Good Counsel (Olney, Md.) didn’t even play football until his junior year (he concentrated on basketball, which his father played, as well as his famous cousin, Elgin Baylor), but Baylor’s length; athleticism; and explosiveness turned heads right away.
