Blount Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland saw another player enter the transfer portal May 26 when redshirt sophomore backup tight end Kam Blount elected to leave the program. The 6-foot-2, 240-pounder, who was a converted linebacker, appeared in two total games during his two years in College Park, Md.

Blount played briefly in two games as a true freshman linebacker in 2019, but did not record any tackles.
