Terps First To Ante Up For '22 ATH Fisher

Perry Fisher (Lincoln/Tallahassee, Fla.) had a standout junior campaign, quarterbacking his team to a 7-2 record while throwing for more than 2,000 yards and adding 350-plus on the ground. But Fisher didn’t receive much interest from college recruiters — at least, not as a quarterback. Nearby Florida State and several other ACC and even SEC programs took note of the 6-foot-3, 190-pound Fisher’s athleticism, although no formal offers came through until May 24.
