Notes After 13 Spring Practices

Here are notes from Maryland coach Mike Locksley after 13 spring practices:

— Locksley said the second team scrimmage Saturday was productive and the Terps again showed improvement in all three phases. He said offensively they increased the amount of plays and executed well, and defensively they created more turnovers.

— Said several young players have been effective in the return game, but they haven’t decided on a returner yet.
