Taking a look at Maryland’s 73-55 victory against Michigan State Feb. 28:

Defense Continues To Dial In

Maryland’s came in ranked second in the conference in defense, and the Terps didn’t let up against a potent Michigan State offense that had been among the Big Ten’s best during February. In general, the Terps played with energy, effort and toughness, proving they were more than ready for Michigan State’s quote-unquote “bully ball” style.
