Taking a look at how Terps alums fared in the NBA during the first week-plus of the 2020-21 season:
Jake Layman, SF, Minnesota Timberwolves
Layman started his season Dec. 23 by playing 17 minutes in a 111-101 win against Detroit. He did not score and was 0 of 3 from the field and 0 of 1 from range. Layman added one rebound in the effort.
In his second game, a 116-111 victory against Utah Dec. 26, Layman also went scoreless in 14 minutes.
