It’s been four full days since Maryland fell to Clemson, 67-51, in what was one of the more humiliating losses under coach Mark Turgeon, and the Terps insist they’ve learned from the letdown and are primed for a better showing starting Dec. 14 against Rutgers. The first half of the Clemson bout was downright brutal for UMD, complete with lethargy; unimaginative offensive sets; and lazy defense and rebounding.
