Taking a look at Maryland’s 67-51 loss to Clemson Dec. 9:
Terps Lack Urgency, Intensity
Save for one eight minute stretch in the second half when Maryland went on a 17-4 run, the Terps put together one of their most lackluster performances in recent memory. In fact, the first 20 minutes, in which UMD managed just 15 points and no one on the team had more than one field goal, was the worst in the Mark Turgeon era.
