Maryland coach Mark Turgeon figured sophomore guard Hakim Hart had the potential to score 32 points in a game. The headman, however, just wasn’t sure he’d see it after Hart’s freshman campaign. Turgeon began to insert Hart into his rotation more often down the stretch in 2019-20, but the noted Philadelphia marksman didn’t have the confidence in his shooting stroke to warrant regular playing time.
