Terps Perform Well In Game 1, Have Quick Turnaround Against Navy

Season-opening college basketball games are never perfect, but Maryland played as well as coach Mark Turgeon could have hoped Nov. 25 against Old Dominion. The Terps (1-0) wore down the Monarchs, built a 26 point lead, and eventually cruised to an 85-67 victory. After the game, Turgeon made sure to mention each of his 10 main contributors, letting on that he was pleased with how his team responded after a tumultuous offseason thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.
