RECRUITING: A four-star Top 150 prospect in the 2020 class, the Washington, D.C., native Dockery committed to Maryland more than a full year before his signing date. The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder, who played at Roosevelt (Greenbelt, Md.), O’Connell (Arlington, Va.
