Maryland secured a commitment from John Carroll (Bel Air, Md.) running back Roman Hemby Aug. 16, and afterwards we spoke to his head coach, Ken Brinkman, to gain more insight into the 6-foot, 195-pound three-star:

Terrapin Times: Coach, can you give us a scouting report on Roman? What does he bring to the table?

Ken Brinkman: First of all, he is a great young man and a stellar student at John Carroll.
