The 2020 football season has been postponed until spring, but we're continuing to take a look at each Terp (from jersey No. 1 to No. 99) heading into late summer:

JERSEY: 99

POSITION: OLB

HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 6-2, 206

YEAR/ELIGIBILITY: Freshman, first year

RECRUITING: The Pahokee (Fla.) 2020 recruit Burgess mainly attracted lower Division I offers heading into his senior season. USF was the most attractive of the bunch and he ended up committing to the Bulls in September of 2019.
