The USA fought hard, but came up a bit short against a mature Brazil team in the gold medal game, 79-73. We haven't won the gold in this competition since 2007, largely because we send college players and there is no age limit. Great experience for younger players on this stage and against pros.
Taylor only played 3 minutes and went 1-4 from 3 point land. Looking forward to having her back on campus. Am sure she needs a little rest upon return, but soon enough, the team will be gearing up for the coming season.
